Life and Vision Statement
"We seek to become the people God created us to be and to do the things that God calls us to do."
God makes Himself known to us personally as a loving Father through the revelation of His Son, Jesus Christ, and through the experience of His Holy Spirit.
Our faith and its expression are founded on scripture - God’s living word to us.
We are a group of Christian believers from varied backgrounds who find joy, fulfilment and purpose in our life together as we seek to be conformed to the likeness of Jesus.
This life includes:
- Worship, which stems from our love for God and which is meaningful and relevant.
- Fellowship, which for us is bearing each others’ burdens and sharing each others’ joys.
- Teaching, through which we grow in our understanding of God and learn of His will for us.
- Prayer, which is the means of communication between us and God, through which we give honour to God and receive blessing from Him.
- Mission, which is to reach out to others with the good news of Jesus Christ through personal and corporate witness, practical service and our commitment to justice and peace.
- Stewardship, which must reflect our commitment, both in giving and serving, to the cause of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that God, by His grace, provides the gifts and abilities for His people to do His work through the power of the Holy Spirit.
